How Andrews University Solved Their Course Scheduling Dilemma with Logiforms

Andrews University, a Berrien Springs, MI institution with eight schools and colleges, faced a cumbersome course-scheduling process where staff emailed Excel files that were often inaccessible, incomplete, or required extensive manual compilation. To solve this, Andrews University worked with Logiforms, using the Logiforms Workflow platform / Higher Education Solution to replace the Excel workflow with a web-based course scheduling app.

Using Logiforms, Chuck Stark built a Course Scheduling Portal with user accounts and a validated course form so staff can submit and update listings online. More than 100 staff now use the system, the Logiforms platform validates and compiles data automatically, saved the team hundreds of manual data-entry hours, removed the need for campus-wide training, and has led Andrews University to plan a university-wide rollout.
