Penhaligon’s, the global fragrance brand, needed a better way to support recruitment across the UK, France, the USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. With just two people managing high-volume hiring, job postings, CVs and candidate communication across multiple job boards, the team struggled with efficiency and applicant flow. LogicMelon provided a bespoke ATS to help streamline the process.

LogicMelon worked with Penhaligon’s to build a fully bespoke applicant tracking system, including a talent pool database, custom email templates for interview invites and confirmations, and a new careers portal with search, filtering and CV upload functionality. The result was a major improvement in candidate sourcing and recruitment speed, with hiring managers impressed by the volume and speed of applicants and Penhaligon’s saying LogicMelon became central to all recruitment processes and vital to filling open vacancies.
