Infinity Property & Casualty Corporation (IPACC) is a national provider of nonstandard car insurance, working with more than 12,500 independent agents to serve drivers who can’t obtain coverage through standard carriers. Faced with the need to break down silos, engage leadership and front‑line staff, and build a repeatable enterprise risk management (ERM) program that identifies emerging risks and benchmarks performance, IPACC sought a structured, company‑wide approach to risk.

IPACC established a diverse ERM team led by Gena Miller, instituted monthly risk meetings, quarterly reporting to internal audit, and an annual comprehensive review tied to the RMM assessment to benchmark against industry standards. The program produced a sustainable, repeatable level of ERM maturity, clearer cross‑department communication and awareness of corporate goals, and a roadmap for ongoing initiatives such as organization‑wide risk training.
