The legacy setup limited global accessibility, required VPN logins across offices, and forced manual quarterly sign‑offs for over 80 senior executives while supporting more than 1,000 internal tests and 700 external audit data requests each year. LogicGate implemented Risk Cloud’s cloud‑based evidence request, automated emails/reminders, digital attestations, customizable fields, and reporting, centralizing J2 Global’s audit evidence and workflows across New York, Los Angeles, Dublin and London. As a result, J2 Global automated tracking of attestations and evidence (streamlining the quarterly sign‑off process for 80+ execs), eliminated slow VPN access, expanded use to SOX, GDPR and ISO processes, and gained real‑time visibility into progress—while benefiting from rapid, responsive support from LogicGate’s Customer Success team.
