Dignity, one of the U.K.’s largest funeral services providers operating 700 funeral locations and serving 4,000+ employees, faced new Financial Conduct Authority oversight that forced it to build its first risk and compliance management program from scratch. To centralize, track and automate risk operations ahead of the regulatory deadline, Dignity selected LogicGate and its Risk Cloud platform, supported by LogicGate’s Technical Account Management team.
Using LogicGate’s Risk Cloud (Enterprise Risk Management, Controls Compliance, Incident Management and Policy & Procedure Management), Dignity built principal and departmental risk registers, rebuilt incident management, automated annual policy reviews, and deployed executive dashboards and audit logs. The LogicGate solution enabled a three-person risk team to manage risk across 15 departments and 4,000+ employees, streamlined audits and reporting, allowed rapid no-code configuration changes, and helped Dignity achieve FCA authorisation while improving efficiency and organization-wide risk awareness.
