A LogicERP Case Study
Zed Black, the flagship brand of Mysore Deep Perfumery House, faced significant operational challenges as it scaled its global FMCG distribution to over 40 countries. Their difficulties included inefficient manual sales order processing, uncoordinated dispatch from multiple manufacturing units, and inaccurate inventory management without a barcode system. These issues led to delays, fulfillment problems, and stock discrepancies, hindering their growth. Zed Black partnered with vendor LogicERP to implement its FMCG distribution software to overcome these hurdles.
LogicERP implemented a unified software solution that automated key processes. This included an integrated sales-to-purchase order flow, centralized dispatch management with real-time stock visibility, and a barcode system for inventory control. The solution also introduced an Advance Shipment Notice (ASN) for procurement and an 'Open to Buy' module for demand-based planning. As a result, Zed Black achieved end-to-end process automation, dramatically improved inventory accuracy, and enabled faster, demand-driven fulfillment. This provided the operational efficiency and real-time visibility needed to seamlessly support their global expansion.
