Mission Linen Supply, a family‑owned provider of linen, uniforms and janitorial products, was scaling its drop‑ship business but faced bottlenecks from tedious manual processes and data entry across many suppliers. Rather than build costly custom connections, Mission Linen Supply turned to Logicbroker and its integration platform to connect trading partners and integrate order flows with their SAP system.
Logicbroker implemented a direct SAP integration, onboarded eight suppliers and routed all order documents via XML through the Logicbroker platform. As a result, Logicbroker eliminated manual data entry, lowered the overall cost per order, accelerated supplier onboarding, and enabled Mission Linen Supply to sell more virtual inventory while streamlining order fulfillment.
