The company faced manual order handling and complex retailer integration requirements from major chains like Target, Walmart and The Home Depot, so they turned to Logicbroker’s retail connectivity/EDI platform to connect their sales channels and automate order routing.

Logicbroker implemented a seamless EDI integration that connected Back to the Roots’ channels to Ingram Micro’s Shipwire fulfillment network, automating orders and reducing manual intervention.
