The company faced manual order handling and complex retailer integration requirements from major chains like Target, Walmart and The Home Depot, so they turned to Logicbroker’s retail connectivity/EDI platform to connect their sales channels and automate order routing.
Logicbroker implemented a seamless EDI integration that connected Back to the Roots’ channels to Ingram Micro’s Shipwire fulfillment network, automating orders and reducing manual intervention. As a result of Logicbroker’s solution, Back to the Roots expanded into more than 5,000 new major retail locations in the past 12 months, onboarded 826 new retail partners, streamlined operations to meet retailer SLAs, and accelerated order fulfillment for a better customer experience.
