Clarke Power Services, a commercial vehicle maintenance provider, experienced a critical system failure when a storage migration caused by corrupted data shut down its server and storage infrastructure. This emergency threatened to halt business operations for the company. The customer turned to its long-time technology partner, Logicalis, and HP for an urgent response to restore its systems.

Logicalis and HP collaborated on an emergency response, first implementing a temporary HP P2000 storage array to keep the business running. They then deployed a permanent, more robust solution featuring an HP BladeSystem and HP 3PAR StoreServ Storage, which significantly increased system resiliency. Logicalis further designed a complete system redundancy plan with an off-site data center for failover capabilities. The solution ensured business continuity during the crisis and resulted in improved infrastructure performance and disaster recovery readiness for the customer.
