SNAAC Calls on Logicalis for a Total Network, Call Center and DR Solution

SNAAC, a specialty finance company serving military personnel, was challenged by an outdated and inefficient Nortel call center system and a separate auto dialer. This dual-system setup was cumbersome to manage and lacked the integration needed for modern capabilities like remote work. Logicalis designed and implemented a complete solution, upgrading the network backbone with Cisco switches and replacing the phone system with a unified Cisco call center platform featuring an integrated auto dialer. The entire complex cutover was executed seamlessly during a single Sunday downtime. Subsequently, Logicalis also rapidly deployed a disaster recovery system at a remote site. The results provided SNAAC with a solid, scalable foundation, significantly improved call center efficiency, and the capability to resume operations within hours in a disaster, ensuring the company is set for the next five to seven years.
