Homedics streamlines 50,000 product inspections with Logic Solutions

Logic Solutions partnered with HoMedics, a family-owned wellness products company, to address a significant challenge with their mobile application. The app, designed to control massage chairs, was difficult for users to operate, which detracted from the relaxing experience it was meant to provide.

Logic Solutions implemented a comprehensive solution by building two new customer-facing apps and one internal app. They created a state-of-the-art massage chair app with Bluetooth control and personalized programs, followed by a separate smart home app to control air purifiers and fans. Additionally, they developed an internal quality control app for inspectors. The result was a greatly enhanced customer experience and significantly streamlined operations for HoMedics, with the internal app alone being used to review approximately 50,000 products.
