A Logi-Serve Case Study
National Home Furnishings and Electronics Store Chain, a retail giant in home furnishings and electronics, needed a better way to predict job success and connect hiring decisions to financial outcomes for sales representatives and call center support roles. Logi-Serve addressed this challenge with its Service and Sales Assessment, calibrated against the competency profiles of high-performing incumbents.
Logi-Serve’s assessment identified candidates more likely to succeed while maintaining strong customer service, and post-deployment results showed that high scorers outperformed low scorers and untested hires on sales orders and net sales. The measurable impact was significant: high Logi-Serve scorers generated 183 more orders than low scorers and 575 more than untested candidates in 2020, with an estimated annual per-person benefit of $6K–$19K and a workforce-wide impact of roughly $3M–$9.5M, with some comparisons showing as much as $398K higher net sales per high-scoring hire.
