Motionsoft Goes Beyond Crystal Reports by Embedding Logi

Motionsoft, a long-standing SaaS provider of club management and financial solutions for the health and wellness industry, needed to replace its desktop-era Crystal Reports as it moved to a single-instance, multi-tenant, browser-based delivery model. Crystal lacked robust web delivery, interactivity, dashboards, and the embeddability and self-service capabilities Motionsoft required to give customers direct, in-app access to their data.

Motionsoft embedded Logi Analytics (Logi Info and Logi Ad Hoc) as its reporting engine and report-builder, achieving a complete proof of concept within 30 days and rapidly delivering 50+ reports and four interactive dashboards with drill-downs, movable panels, scheduling, and email distribution. The deep integration (including single sign-on) created a seamless user experience, improved performance and interactivity, and shifted customers from printing static reports to performing on-screen analysis—strengthening Motionsoft’s BI-driven product differentiation.
