Karmak Embeds Self-Service From Logi Analytics To Empower Customers With Modern BI Capabilities

Karmak, a 35‑year provider of business management software for the commercial transportation industry serving over 1,500 locations, needed to replace its aging Business Intelligence reporting platform. Years of incremental, “bolt‑on” updates left the tool behind customer expectations for modern look and feel, easier dashboarding, historical trend analysis and more flexible data joining across components.

Karmak embedded Logi Analytics’ Self‑Service Module (SSM) on the Logi Info platform to rapidly modernize the interface with minimal customization, add joining capabilities, support multiple browsers and integrate with existing permissions. The new Fusion Report Writer is now used by about 90 customers across roles—from executives to technicians—who report faster, easier dashboard and chart building, a mix of IT‑managed and self‑service reporting, and uniformly positive feedback on usability.
