H&J Martin, a Belfast-based construction firm founded in 1840, struggled to get a single view of its Asset Management Services business because core functions lived in separate applications. Teams were manually exporting data into Excel once a month, creating reporting lag and leaving a large unmet demand for custom dashboards and timely KPIs.

The company implemented Logi to centrally connect diverse data sources, quickly build standardized, role-based dashboards and deliver a web portal used daily by about 100 staff (and external clients). By pulling in mobile app data from 145 field engineers, H&J now gets real-time visibility to identify inefficiencies, improve productivity, avoid SLA penalties, measure contract KPIs, and realize ongoing cost savings — with plans to roll the system out across its supply chain.
