El Paso Independent School District Reduces IT Burden with Logi Info

El Paso Independent School District (EPISD), one of Texas’s largest districts with more than 64,000 students and nearly 9,000 employees, needed to reduce the reporting burden on its IT team and improve access to data. After building a data warehouse, administrators found existing ERP reports lacked dashboards, graphical visualizations, drill-down detail, and user-customizable views, forcing frequent IT support for routine reporting needs.

EPISD selected Logi Analytics’ Logi Info for its flexibility and ease of use, and two part-time developers quickly built two main dashboards and standalone reports covering enrollment, attendance, discipline, special programs, staffing vacancies, and active employee directories. The new dashboards offer one-click drill-down to underlying data, have significantly reduced IT workload, and are being rolled out to administrators and soon to more than 4,500 teachers, with additional enhancements planned.
