Blood Centers of America’s Dashboard supports Federal Response to COVID-19

Blood Centers of America (BCA), a cooperative supporting more than 50 U.S. blood centers, needed a better way to manage complex inventory, collections, and reporting across its network. Working with Logi Analytics, using Logi Symphony embedded analytics, BCA moved beyond manual exports and spreadsheets to a more organized way to surface and share critical data.

Logi Analytics helped BCA build dashboards and automated reporting that connected SQL Server, CSV files, and ELT workflows, making it easier to match blood supply with demand. The solution scaled to support the COVID-19 Convalescent Plasma effort, enabling reporting for 70+ collectors and helping BCA process 717,000 doses of plasma and over 39K invoice lines, while improving back-office accounting and nationwide coordination.
