Bell Canada, which operates 911 emergency communications across much of eastern Canada, faced growing challenges as more data sources and millions of new lines strained its legacy, manual reporting processes. The company struggled to verify and update caller location data quickly, leaving large volumes of unverified records that risked misrouted calls and delayed emergency response.

Bell deployed Logi Report Server Live and Logi Report Designer, integrating them with its Logicos system to automate, scale and speed data analysis and verification. The solution enabled interactive, on‑demand reports (over 50 ad hoc reports used by 200+ users and about 180 reports daily), reduced report turnaround to under a minute, improved data accuracy and decision‑making, and helped ensure emergency dispatches are timelier and more precise.
