Datami Keeps Developer Productivity High with Loggly

Datami provides a cloud-based mobile engagement platform used by major carriers worldwide, where millions of subscribers and microservices running across AWS regions and private data centers generate enormous log volumes. Initially troubleshooting by logging into servers and running a self-managed ELK stack proved hard to scale and diverted limited engineering resources from core development.

Datami kept its Fluentd collectors but pointed them to Loggly, shipping JSON-formatted application, Kafka, and MongoDB logs for centralized search, alerts, and derived-field analysis. The change cut mean time to resolution to minutes, let developers focus on coding while QA and support handle much of the log analysis, and uses Slack alerts to proactively monitor new deployments—reducing hands-on server access and improving trial performance and overall productivity.
