Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) was running on a legacy Microsoft AX 2012 system and sought to upgrade to a newer platform to utilize more functionality. They partnered with Logan Consulting to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management.

Logan Consulting executed a full implementation for two of PBS's legal entities, which included Dynamics 365, a treasury automation suite, and integrations with Workday and Alliant. The solution moved PBS to the cloud, eliminating hardware failure risks, and provided enhanced workflow automation, structured processes, user-friendly interfaces, and advanced security features, paving the way for continuous improvement.
