Midwest Grocery Chain goes live on Microsoft Dynamics AX with Logan Consulting across 100+ locations

The customer, a midwest grocery chain with over 100 locations, needed to move its resalable business processes off a legacy system. They turned to Logan Consulting to implement a solution using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, as they were already using the financial modules of that platform.

Logan Consulting implemented three new modules—inventory and warehouse management, procurement and sourcing, and sales and marketing—while also increasing the use of accounts payable and receivable. The solution resulted in a successful go-live for inventory, purchase order, and sales order processes, achieving full integration and accurate financial and physical inventory tracking.
