SAF Aerogroup Enhances Global Air Operations with Loft Dynamics’ VR Simulators

SAF Aerogroup, a multinational aviation conglomerate, sought to enhance its global pilot training programs with a safe and sustainable solution that could provide realistic, high-fidelity scenario training without hindering commercial operations. The company chose to invest in flight simulation training devices (FSTDs) from Loft Dynamics, specifically their EASA-qualified Airbus H125 and H145 VR simulators.

Loft Dynamics implemented its VR simulators, which feature an unrestricted 360-degree 3D view and a motion platform that accurately replicates aircraft movements. This solution allows SAF Aerogroup to train pilots for critical scenarios safely and independent of weather, strengthening skills that were previously difficult to practice. The implementation by Loft Dynamics also freed up the customer's onboarding and operations time as the vendor handles all simulator maintenance and regulatory complexities.
