Puget Sound Energy (PSE) deployed Locusview’s Digital Construction Management technology to manage its gas construction and leak repair work. The utility sought to expand this initial implementation to create an integrated solution for leak investigations, aiming to minimize data entry, reduce cycle times, and increase accountability for its field crews.

Using Locusview’s self-configuration tool, PSE built a new leak management application that automated workflows and integrated with its SAP and GIS systems. The solution implemented by Locusview enabled PSE to automatically generate work orders based on investigation results, eliminate lost forms, and view as-built data in GIS within 24 hours, providing high levels of confidence in the accuracy and compliance of its Leak Program.
