OpenMarket, a global mobile messaging division of Amdocs, confronted an immature, spreadsheet-driven compliance program that couldn’t scale to meet demanding enterprise contracts and hundreds of regulatory requirements. To modernize governance, risk and compliance, OpenMarket selected adpative’s Keylight Platform (a cloud-based GRC solution) to centralize controls, mandates and contract obligations.

adpative implemented Keylight with a custom controls framework built on NIST and ISO 27001 (plus a custom control family), consolidating 254 compliance mandates, 173 customer contracts and roughly 9,700 contractual obligations into a single controls catalog. The platform enabled vetted documentation, mandate-to-control mapping, faster reporting and audit readiness—delivering the productivity equivalent of at least two full-time employees and turning compliance from a business weakness into a scalable strength for OpenMarket.
