Queen B launches a real-time UWB smart office concept in limited-time use with Locatify

Queen B, an initiative by Studio LONK and Ditt Officemakers, partnered with Locatify to create a futuristic AI smart office concept. The challenge was to explore a possible future for work by building a data-driven workplace using the latest sensor, AI, and computing technology.

Locatify installed an Ultra-wideband (UWB) indoor positioning system to track participants' locations in real-time via a wristband tag. This data was fed to the AI system, which then provided personalized voice guidance based on user profiles and behavior. The solution successfully empowered the Queen B concept, enabling a critical discussion on the ethical frameworks for a conscious implementation of AI in the workplace.
