Descartes Localz integrated its solution into the Woolies app so customers could place orders from anywhere and notify store teams when they were on the way. The system supports both in-store collection and drive-thru Drive Up pickup, helping Woolworths speed handovers, reduce friction, and improve convenience for customers across its 995 stores.
