Mimeo Digital, launched by world-leading online printer Mimeo in 2015, is a content management and distribution platform used by customers in over 140 countries. Facing a need to present content in customers’ native languages without heavy engineering, the team required an automated localization workflow that integrated with their site, a simple dashboard for translating strings without complex files, and a translation management system that delivered fast, real‑time updates across 15+ languages.

Using Localize—implemented by adding a small JavaScript snippet—Mimeo Digital deployed translations for over 5,000 words and launched the product in 15 languages with minimal developer overhead. The intuitive UI let the team manage translations themselves, Localize detects new content and notifies the right people for rapid updates, and the result was automated implementation, faster global rollout, and a more consistent, localized experience for customers worldwide.
