The retailer needed a more complete view of the customer journey, plus a way to centralise local touchpoints, integrate with internal systems, and give managers and leadership actionable reporting from store-level data.
Localistico implemented Data Feeds, Automatic Replies for Reviews, and Google Posts to streamline reporting, reputation management, and multi-location publishing. The result was a 48% increase in clicks to physical stores, a 74% lift in direct calls to locations, a 40% increase in review shares, and 504,000 Google Post impressions since January 2022, while also saving major time on content publishing and reply management.
