O2 UK worked with Localistico and its Local Ads product to strengthen its drive-to-store strategy. The retailer and its agency, TCC, needed a better way to measure whether digital campaigns were actually bringing people into stores, especially for promotions and in-store activity across different locations.
Using Localistico’s centralized Local Ads and Local Analytics & Reporting tools, O2 UK launched geo-targeted campaigns at scale and gained clearer visibility into store visits, clicks, and customer engagement. From July to December 2022, the campaigns delivered a +11% CTR, 1.5M impressions, 180K clicks, and redirected more than 25,000 people to physical stores, with one Xiaomi campaign also driving sales uplift in promoted stores.
