A Localistico Case Study
Annalect, an Omnicom Media Group agency serving global brands like Lidl, Chanel, Diageo and McDonald’s, needed a better way to centralize location data, manage online reputation, and measure performance without relying on a third party. In March 2023, they partnered with Localistico to gain more autonomy, improve collaboration through flexible access permissions, and support one of their automotive clients with location and presence management, reputation management, and local analytics.
Localistico implemented a centralized onboarding and data-cleanup process, along with training, help resources, and access controls, enabling Annalect to publish accurate location data, manage reviews from one inbox, and track 60+ analytics in one platform. The results were strong: all profiles were claimed, Google accuracy exceeded 80%, most duplicates were resolved, and 82% of reviews were answered. Localistico completed the implementation in under one month, and after three months Annalect onboarded another client onto the platform.
