Alsea Iberia, a leading restaurant group operating 9 brands across 4 countries and 1,282 venues, needed a faster way to manage reviews and online presence at scale. Working with Localistico, they set out to centralize reviews, filter and categorize them more efficiently, and reduce the heavy manual workload of replying venue by venue while keeping responses on-brand and personalized.
Localistico implemented a hybrid reputation management approach with automated review response templates, placeholders, keyword-based tagging, and reporting dashboards. As a result, Alsea achieved a 95%–97% average response rate in 2022, up from 12% in 2021 and 0% in 2020, while improving productivity, saving time and resources, and freeing staff to focus on sensitive reviews and strategic analysis.
