SupportBox empowered their users by involving them in the translation process

SupportBox, a helpdesk app with over 600 users, faced the challenge of finding a bulletproof system for internationalization. Their previous method of exchanging files for translation led to lost data and required constant developer intervention. They needed a streamlined solution to make their platform accessible globally and to allow their own clients to help with translations.

Localazy provided the solution by automating data exchange with its API and CLI for YAML files, utilizing machine translation and assistive tools. This allowed SupportBox to quickly onboard volunteer customers to review translations. The result was a process set up in just two days, with four languages fully implemented and ten more in progress, enabling them to address customer needs across Europe.
