CCHC Tracks Attendance Accurately with Lobby Track

CCHC-McKinney is a community-based free clinic serving McKinney and surrounding areas, staffed by about 200 volunteers and handling roughly 10,000 clinic visitors annually. CCHC-McKinney struggled to track staff and its large volunteer pool: their previous ID system only produced badges and timekeeping relied on paper timesheets that required volunteers to spend hours manually processing quarterly records. To address this, they selected Lobby Track’s all-in-one badging and attendance solution.

Lobby Track implemented its badging, attendance and reporting system (compatible with barcode scanners), enabling CCHC-McKinney to group volunteers by position, automate time-and-attendance, and print/export individual attendance reports for student volunteers and grant applications. The solution eliminated tedious quarterly manual processing, improved reporting accuracy for student community-credit and grant submissions, and freed volunteer hours for patient care—saving the clinic a “tremendous amount of time and energy,” according to Michael Mixson.
