POWER Engineers is a global consulting engineering firm that wanted to expand its Program Management services with a new enterprise project and portfolio management (EPPM) solution. To meet a compressed milestone and support both business and IT needs, the company sought a collaborative partner with strong program management expertise, software knowledge, and hosting capabilities. LoadSpring Solutions, Inc. was selected to help plan, design, implement, and host the initiative.

LoadSpring Solutions, Inc. delivered a phased implementation roadmap using Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM r8.1, Primavera Contract Management v14, BI Publisher 11g reporting, and SpringBoard hosting/provisioning. The vendor also helped integrate these tools with POWER’s proprietary PPM system and supported training and sales messaging. As a result, POWER was able to rapidly launch its expanded Program Management capability, deploy software more quickly and cost-effectively, improve adoption through faster implementation and training, and provide secure access to stakeholders.
