Washington Health Benefit Exchange helps employees’ skills stay current with LMS365

The Washington Health Benefit Exchange (WAHBE), which operates Washington Healthplanfinder, needed a more robust learning system to keep its external Navigators’ skills current. Their existing SharePoint LMS was difficult to use, couldn’t generate the reports or track progress reliably, required manual content workarounds, and lacked the automation and customization WAHBE needed to support many external users.

In October 2014 WAHBE implemented LMS365 with support from ELEARNINGFORCE Americas for about 1,100 external users across lead and CAC organizations. LMS365 integrated with SharePoint, auto-generated organization-specific certification numbers, supported 15 training modules with quarterly maintenance, automated emails and certificates, and delivered custom reporting and analytics—simplifying administration, enabling remote learning, tracking certifications, and producing a six-month report that provided the statistics WAHBE required.
