The Isle of Wight College - Customer Case Study

The Isle of Wight College, a further education provider on the Isle of Wight with about 500 staff and 4,000 students and an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rating, needed to expand digital learning. Key challenges included delivering quality learning resources to all students, providing an openly accessible staff training hub, broadening services for current and prospective learners, supporting offsite and outreach centres, and meeting the college’s ILT strategy goals.

The college deployed Office 365 and LMS365 (with implementation support from ELEARNINGFORCE) to all staff and students and developed online, interactive and classroom‑supplementary resources. The rollout boosted ILT awareness and adoption, empowered staff to create tailored materials, and provided instant usage tracking and test results so instructors can measure learning effectiveness.
