Success Metrics is a St. Louis–based management consulting firm focused on entrepreneurial and business development and improving minority participation in commercial opportunities. Faced with a rapid expansion project for BJC HealthCare, the firm needed to engage the local construction community, establish discipline and continuous training, track each company’s growth over the next 10 years, and consolidate training delivery on a single platform for its growing (120+) user base.

After a month of research Success Metrics chose LMS365 Cloud and, together with strategic partner ITS, implemented a Microsoft‑aligned learning environment that met both their and BJC’s needs. Existing training content required no migration and is now delivered via video, PowerPoint and voice recordings; the platform provides long‑term tracking of company progress and will scale from the BJC project to other nationwide initiatives.
