Rising Medical Solutions is a Chicago-based healthcare services firm founded in 1999 that provides medical cost containment, care management and financial management for workers’ compensation, auto, liability and group health markets. Rapid growth, evolving compliance rules and complex client procedures exposed limitations in their legacy SaaS LMS—administration was cumbersome, one person held most LMS duties, and the system didn’t integrate with their SharePoint intranet (CORE), creating a bottleneck for employee training and development.

Rising replaced the legacy system with ELEARNINGFORCE SharePoint LMS implemented by Immersion Consulting, adding a Registration and Enrollment Module and single sign-on so courses live inside CORE. Within four months they launched “New Rising U,” migrated and refreshed SCORM content, enabled multiple content contributors, eliminated the full-time LMS admin role, and improved accessibility and training metrics while keeping a familiar SharePoint interface.
