RealFoundations, a global professional services firm focused on real estate with 400+ employees, needed a way to deliver structured online and instructor-led training that fit into its existing Office 365 and Teams-driven workflows. As an early Office 365 adopter, the company wanted learning to be discoverable, trackable and easy to access alongside everyday project collaboration.

RealFoundations implemented LMS365 and launched rfAcademy in September 2017, publishing 60+ courses and hundreds of lessons integrated directly into Office 365 and Microsoft Teams. The Teams add-in and LMS365 bot let employees find, attend and track learning with fewer clicks, boost collaboration on content development, and improve attendance and reporting — early feedback has been positive and the firm plans to extend training to clients.
