Priva selects a training platform that fits their organizational growth with LMS365

Priva, a world leader in sustainable technologies, lacked a training platform to support learning across its growing global organization, partner network and end-users. With too few trainers, increasing demand for local-language training and no central knowledge repository, Priva needed a single hub to improve knowledge retention, increase self-reliance, reduce overhead and cut CO₂ output.

In January 2016 Priva selected LMS365 to deliver multilingual, scalable eLearning; today it runs eleven academies in 31 countries with a core team of four developing content and promoting courses internally and externally. The program has 1,150 active learners, 2,650 course participants and an 80% pass rate—about a quarter of expected users—resulting in an estimated 1,070k saved in overhead and 28 tons of CO₂ while extending training to partners and end-users.
