O-I, the world’s largest glass container manufacturer, needed a Learning Management System to replace an ad hoc SharePoint/folders approach that made it difficult to track attendance, course completion, assignments and training volumes. With high demand for 24/7, multi-location access, the company required a solution fully integrated with SharePoint, Active Directory and Office 365 that was easy to install and user-friendly.

In November 2017 O-I selected LMS365 for its seamless Office 365 integration and intuitive dashboard. Executive feedback was positive, learners quickly engaged with the platform, and trainers gained reliable monitoring, reporting and automation—removing much of the prior guesswork. O-I plans to expand LMS365 across more divisions, add classroom training and scale to external users and stakeholders.
