Nye Veier, a state‑owned Norwegian road‑building company with about 150 employees and roughly €15 billion in projects over the next 20 years, was relying on Excel spreadsheets to manage training archives. Nye Veier implemented LMS365 as a SharePoint add‑in that works within Office 365 and integrates with Power BI, eliminating separate user handling and speeding adoption. Using mandatory e‑learning, ready‑made Power BI reports and monthly office contests, the company drove archive rates toward an 80% target, increased participation and productivity, enabled mobile archiving on projects, and is expanding use across Microsoft Stream, Teams and External365.
