LMS365 makes learning efficient and easy for Inenco Group

Inenco Group, an Australian industrial-engineering distributor grown through many acquisitions, faced duplicated, paper-based training across its businesses that was time-consuming to manage and hard to track. The company needed a single, easy-to-access system that met legal requirements, supported multiple learning formats, recorded completions and results, and integrated with its existing Office 365/SharePoint environment and HR systems.

They implemented LMS365, which integrated with SharePoint and Active Directory to provide automatic marking, completion tracking, reminders, recurring courses and cloud access for overseas staff. After resolving initial glitches, 80% of Australian employees completed mandatory compliance training; onboarding and sales training have been digitized and made much more efficient, and the organization plans to expand LMS365 use across other programs.
