Andrade Gutierrez, a multinational engineering and construction firm with more than 11,000 employees, faced major issues with their legacy LMS: learners struggled to find and enroll in courses, administrators found course creation and file uploads difficult, and the system lacked tight Office 365 and Active Directory integration. To support ongoing innovation and streamline training, the company sought a more user-friendly, well-integrated solution.

They implemented LMS365, which met requirements for a SCORM player, Office 365/AD integration and ease of use, and was smoothly deployed via SharePoint with LMS365 team support. Initial deployment to 100 users drew positive feedback, leading to expansion to ~1,000 seats (about 976 active users), improved course discoverability and self‑paced access, and plans to add more licenses, courses and Microsoft Teams integration.
