LMS365 advances a continuous learning culture at AseraCare

AseraCare is a U.S. hospice and palliative care provider operating in 50 locations with about 1,800 employees and volunteers. Facing the need to maintain evidence-based clinical skills, avoid knowledge silos, and meet strict healthcare compliance, AseraCare sought a learning platform that would integrate with their Office 365/SharePoint environment and provide robust reporting without disrupting their culture.

In October 2018 AseraCare selected LMS365 and launched AseraCare University in January 2019, creating 115 courses and 10 training plans in under six weeks with just 12 hours of admin training. The solution delivered real-time HIPAA compliance tracking, dashboard and notification-driven completion, a popular mobile app used by roughly 50% of staff, reduced classroom and overtime costs, and set the stage for expanded content, gamification, VR and enhanced reporting.
