Keoghs implemented LMS365 (built on SharePoint by ELEARNINGFORCE) for 1,300 employees, enabling staff to create content using Office 365 tools and host purchased courses with reliable reporting. The move delivered a tenfold increase in offerings to over 150 online courses, a 10-course new-hire pack, regular onboarding (~6 users/week), and strong engagement (Learning Dashboard ~2,000 hits/month; Course Catalog ~1,500 hits/month), while improving multimedia hosting, completion tracking and plans to migrate classroom/webinar events into the platform.
