Axload is a leading European supplier of lifting and lashing equipment, comprising roughly 30 companies and more than 1,000 employees. Having grown from 0 to €350 million in under fifteen years through acquisition and organic expansion, the group needed a way to share knowledge, standardize quality and safety training, and develop employee competencies across the enterprise.

To meet those goals Axload deployed Office 365 alongside LMS365, initially piloting the learning management system in one company with plans for an enterprise-wide rollout. The cloud-native, integrated solution was set up quickly in their Office 365 tenant, enabling immediate delivery of training to Office 365 users and supporting collaboration, compliance and scalable skills development across the group.
