Forte & Tablada is a multi-disciplinary engineering and land surveying firm that doubled in size over five years, creating a need to consistently communicate expectations, transfer technical and business knowledge, and track employee training. With no Learning Management System in place, leadership needed an affordable, easy-to-use solution that could be implemented quickly and used by administrators and staff with minimal training.

The firm implemented LMS365 (built on Office 365) and developed a mix of in-house courses (timesheet completion and approval workflows) plus insurer-provided risk management modules with videos and quizzes. The system made onboarding and periodic refreshers consistent and trackable, increased intranet usage, reduced duplicative meetings, and allowed Forte & Tablada to document high completion rates for insurance renewals while continuing to expand training aligned to performance expectations.
