Community Mutual Group (CMG) is a regional Australian credit union—one of the largest inland community credit unions with about 70,000 members and roughly 300 employees—serving a broad rural and regional branch network. CMG needed a reliable, scalable way to deliver consistent onboarding, compliance and ongoing staff development across large distances; their previous face-to-face, DVD and PC-based approaches were administratively heavy, hard to track and impractical for geographically dispersed teams.

ELEARNINGFORCE ANZ implemented SharePoint LMS within CMG’s existing SharePoint environment, delivering seamless integration, familiar UI, automated assessments, role-based learning paths and easy content authoring (including future video). The result was a dramatic reduction in administrative overhead, improved tracking and timely feedback, positive staff uptake and the ability to deliver structured training directly to every desktop across their network—enabling more efficient, scalable learning and ongoing development.
