The Canadian Institute for the Blind needed an accessible, bilingual learning management system to train 1,000 staff across 53 offices in Canada and streamline new-employee orientation. The organization also needed a solution that would work with adaptive technologies and fit into its existing SharePoint environment, so it turned to LMS365.

LMS365 implemented SharePoint LMS with customizable courses, quizzes, tracking, and support for English and French content. The system was launched in seven months with five complete courses and 18 modules, and it helped CNIB create consistent staff knowledge, speed up onboarding, and improve reporting and training adoption across the country.
